Returns

Everything White strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered.

That is why we support all product offered with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are in any way, not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to organise a refund or an exchange for you. Please ensure products are returned to us in their original condition (unused, undamaged and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns on mattresses.

You must contact us to obtain a Return Item Number (RA#) before sending your return item(s). Without obtaining a RA#, return can be refused. Please note that we will not accept returns on items that have been damaged, and/or used.

Please return your item(s) to us via registered mail with your ful name, address, RA# and original receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges of returned items.

Everything White will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during delivery. Your item(s) will be refunded as soon as the products are received.
